The Promise To Supply Our Need

{Philippians 4:19}

But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus

As children of God, we have this wonderful promise that God will supply our every need. Paul's great statement here is quoted often. First it is based on "MY GOD". God being our personal Savior and Lord. Second, it is based on our giving and joining our giving with receiving. Third, it is based upon the Nature of God, which is to bless His children. God will bring His good into our lives, supplying ALL our need, measuring the supply to us by His riches. It is through our love that gives and our faith that receives. God wants us to come to Him for our every need. In Hebrews 4:16, the word says, "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." When we come to Jesus, we will find the help we need for every area of our life. 

Dear Jesus, we thank you today for the promise to supply all our needs. We know the greatest need is salvation and you have made the way for us to have this need met through the cross. Thank you Lord for always being there to help us and to give us strength each and every day. Thank you for meeting the needs of our Spirit, Mind and Body. We praise you today for all things and for your amazing love and mercy. In Jesus Name, Amen.
