The Promise Of God's Faithfulness

{Malachi 3:6}

"For I am God and I change not"

{2 Peter 3:9}

"The Lord is not slack concerning His promise as some men count slackness: But is long suffering to us, not willing that any should perish"

{Deuteronomy 7:9}

"Know therefore that the Lord thy God, He is God, the faithful God, which keepth covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations"

God is so faithful. Every word in the Bible tells the faithfulness of God. In the old testament, many seen God's faithfulness to them in ways that proved His love for His people. I think of the children of Israel and how God led them out of Egypt. God proved His faithfulness to them over and over again. The sea parted by the hand of God himself so His children could walk across to be saved from the hand of Pharaoh. How many times has God shown His faithfulness to us also? How many times has he parted the sea in our life? How many times has he led us out of the valley? When we pray, He is always faithful to hear and answer prayer. God is faithful, always has been, He is today and always will be, PRAISE GOD!

Thank you dear Lord for the promise of your faithfulness to us. Thank you for your word to us today that lets our heart know, you will never go back on a promise to those who love you. We claim this precious promise today. We thank you for always being there for us in the past and for the promise that you always will be. Touch a heart today that may need to know your faithfulness. May they come to claim this promise in their life and know you promised to go with them even till the end. In Jesus Name, Amen and Amen.
